How your price is made up.
All rental prices are per night. A one-time service fee applies per camper and vehicle type, in addition to the rental price.

Service fee · 129 € or 159 €
A one-off flat fee depending on the vehicle type. It covers:
- → Vehicle handover and return
- → Operating fluids (engine oil, AdBlue, windscreen wash, gas)
- → Toilet chemicals and toilet paper (on equipped vehicles)
- → Customer support · before, during, and after your trip
Rental prices vary by vehicle, season, and rental duration. The earlier you book, the better your price.

Insurance in three packages.
Three packages to choose from: Basic is included in the rental price (€2,500 deductible), Extension reduces it to €1,000 for +€19 / night, and Carefree to €300 for +€29 / night. This way, you drive off with exactly the level of risk that feels right for you.
To insurance →The excess applies separately per claim. An additional processing fee of 59 € applies per claim. Damage to camping fixtures (e.g. awnings) or interior damage is not covered by the comprehensive insurance (Vollkasko).

- up to 60 days before rental start: free cancellation, full refund.
- 60 – 31 days before rental start: 50 % of the total amount is due, 50 % issued as a voucher.
- 30 days – 48 h before rental start: full rental price including extras is due.
- less than 48 h before rental start: cancellation not possible.
Flex rate · + 10 € / night
- up to 60 days before rental start: free cancellation, full refund.
- 60 days – 48 h before rental start: free cancellation with a cancellation voucher (minus Flex fee, redeemable for one year from issue date) OR a one-time rebooking for a period within the next 60 days.
- less than 48 h before rental start: cancellation not possible.

How much does a campervan rental at myvanture cost?
Rental prices vary by vehicle, season, and rental duration. Included in the rental price are: unlimited kilometres, basic insurance (comprehensive cover + liability with 2,500 € excess), Europe-wide VW mobility guarantee, all additional drivers free of charge, basic camping box, 2 camping chairs, and 1 camping table. A one-off service fee of 129 € (campervans) or 159 € (motorhomes) also applies.How many kilometres am I allowed to drive?
All kilometers are included in the rental price, unlimited. Whether you rent for one night or several weeks, there's no extra charge per kilometer.How are the campervans insured?
The rental price includes basic insurance: comprehensive + liability with a €2,500 deductible, plus Europe-wide VW mobility guarantee. With the Extension package (+€19 / night), the deductible drops to €1,000. The Carefree package (+€29 / night) reduces the deductible to €300.How high is the security deposit?
The security deposit is 800 € and is placed as a hold on your credit card. The amount is only reserved — not charged. The deposit is released after the damage inspection at the time of return.What cancellation conditions apply?

Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, and EPS. You can either pay a deposit or the full amount upfront.What is the minimum age and which driving licence is required?
The minimum age is 18 years. You need a category B driving licence (held for at least 1 year, no provisional licence). Additional drivers are free of charge.What is the minimum rental duration?
The minimum rental duration is 1 night. There are no fixed rental periods — you only book the days you actually need.How does online check-in work?
Five days before your trip you can check in online: complete your details, upload your driving licence, watch the explainer videos, and place the security deposit as a hold on your credit card. There will then be no waiting time at pick-up.In what condition must the campervan be returned?
Interior thoroughly clean (swept, vacuumed, wiped), exterior rinsed with a pressure washer. Wastewater tank and toilet cassette emptied, chemical toilet refilled, full tank. If you don't want to do this yourself, you can add the interior cleaning service (149 € campervans, 199 € motorhomes).Can I bring my dog?
Yes, if you book the dog-friendly campervan service (99 € or 109 € depending on the model, including professional final cleaning). All details are on the accessories & services page.Are there long-stay discounts?
