In six steps to your camper.

You complete all six steps directly in the booking system — start there, we'll guide you step by step.

  1. 01

    Select pick-up station

    Choose a pickup station near you. We have 12 stations throughout Austria, in Southern Germany (including Lahr, Singen/Aach, Konstanz, Amberg, Marktoberdorf), and in South Tyrol (Bolzano). You can find the complete list with addresses on the Stations page.

  2. 02

    Choose period

    Enter the date. Grayed-out dates cannot be selected, but you can often still book during the gray periods. Didn't find a suitable camper? The alternatives calendar shows you the next suitable model.

  3. 03

    Select premium camper

    Choose one of our top-equipped campers. Anyone with a Class B driver's license (min. 1 year, no probationary license) can rent from us.

  4. 04

    Configure camper

    Choose pick-up time. Choose cancellation conditions (Standard or Flex). Choose insurance coverage (Basic, Extension or Carefree package). Add services & accessories.

  5. 05

    Provide data

    Your data stays with us and will not be passed on to third parties. Here you can also redeem a discount code — one code per booking is possible online.

  6. 06

    Pay

    Down payment (50% of the rental price) or total amount — by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal or EPS. The remaining payment is automatically due 30 days before departure. Your reservation confirmation will be sent immediately by email.

Online check-in

Check in from your sofa.

Around 5 days before departure, we'll activate your online check-in — the link will come by email and lead you to checkin.myvanture.com. Check-in is mandatory and must be completed before pick-up — that way there's no waiting time on site.

    Upload your driver's license

    Upload a copy of your valid Class B driver's license (held for at least 1 year, no probationary license).

    Deposit the security deposit

    You deposit the 800 € security deposit by credit card. The amount is only reserved, not debited.

Security Deposit

How the security deposit works.

The security deposit is 800 € and is deposited by credit card during online check-in — the amount is initially only reserved, not debited.

  • If you return the camper undamaged and cleaned, you'll get the full security deposit back.
  • Otherwise, the security deposit will be retained until newly incurred damages are settled.
  • In case of damage, the damage amount will be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the security deposit amount, you will receive a separate invoice for the remaining amount.
  • In case of damage, the security deposit will initially be retained — any amount over-retained will, of course, be refunded.

  1. 01

    Before pick-up

    Online check-in completed, deposit paid, driver's license ready. You can park your private car at the station (€5 / night, can be added in advance).

  2. 02

    On-site pick-up

    Bring your valid driver's license (plus an ID document if the name differs). We'll go through the camper together, record its condition in the handover protocol, and you'll sign the rental agreement. Then: hit the road.

  3. 03

    Return & Check-out

    Punctually at the agreed location, full tank, swept clean inside and rinsed outside. Wastewater and toilet cassette emptied, chemical toilet refilled. We'll create the return protocol, check for damages — and release the security deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about booking & process.

The most important answers about booking, check-in, pick-up, and return — concisely to the point.

  • How much is the down payment and when is the remaining payment due?
    The down payment is 50% of the total rental price and is due upon booking. You will automatically receive the payment link for the remaining amount by email approximately 30 days before your trip. The full amount must be paid before pick-up.
  • Will I receive a confirmation after booking?
    Yes, after a successful booking, you will immediately receive a reservation confirmation by email. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder — or contact us, we'll send it again.
  • How does online check-in work?
    Approximately 5 days before departure, you will receive a link to checkin.myvanture.com by email. There you accept the terms and conditions, confirm your data, upload your driver's license, watch the explanation videos, and deposit the security deposit by credit card. Check-in is mandatory and must be completed before pick-up.
  • What do I need to bring for pick-up?
    A valid Class B driver's license (held for at least 1 year). If the name differs, also an ID document. You will have already deposited the security deposit during online check-in.
  • How does the vehicle handover work?
    Because you've already watched the explanation videos during online check-in, the handover is quick. We'll jointly document the condition in the handover protocol, you'll sign the rental agreement, and you'll receive both by email. Then the road trip can begin.
  • In what condition must I return the camper?
    Punctually at the agreed location, full tank, swept clean inside (sweep, vacuum, wipe) and rinsed outside. Wastewater and toilet cassette emptied, chemical toilet refilled. You can book the interior cleaning service — then swept clean is enough.
  • When will the security deposit be released?
    The 800 € security deposit will be released after return and damage inspection. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the amount to be available in your account again.
  • Can I extend or rebook my trip?
    Yes, if the camper is available. Contact us as early as possible by email with your booking number — we'll create an offer for you and adjust the booking. Please always confirm rebookings in writing.
